It's been an absolute privilege working here to support building the incredible innovation community in South Australia. Over the last few years, we've supported 770 South Australian innovators across 125 startups and entrepreneurial ventures to raise $216M in capital and create over 900 jobs, and an economic contribution estimated at over $650M. Each year, we welcomed and hosted hundreds of gatherings of passionate humans shaping our state’s future through collaboration between startups, corporations, government, and research institutions.

Over the course of my doctoral studies, Tim designed, taught and facilitated across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. His teaching approach draws on his leadership style, which is participatory, practical, reflective, and reflexive to the needs and progress of students, recognising and drawing on their strengths and experiences to develop them as future leaders.

Tim was the key figure behind the establishment and management of The Village, a dynamic coworking and innovation space at NAB’s 700 Bourke St, Docklands, Melbourne. The initiative positioned NAB as a leader in corporate innovation and workplace design, earning an international financial industry innovation award in 2015.
